interested in companies that solve real problems
and improve other people's lives.

In the last 10 years or so I’ve worked with a variety of companies. Some big, some just starting up. Some were dealing with things like video advertising while others were changing the way customer support is being done. Some were focused on their own product, while others were agencies working on other people’s projects.

They were all very different but they did have one thing in common. All of them had a particular set of challenges that brought excitement to waking up at 7 in the morning.

Here are some of the companies that challenged me in the last few years, one way or another.

  • LiveRail

    2009 - 2010

Liverail’s product is video advertising management. I was in charge of the redesigning the interface that allows publishers manage their video ads.

One of the most complex projects I’ve worked on, it was recently acquired by Facebook.

  • Contently

    2011 - 2012

Contently connects freelance journalists and writers with brand publishers and offers a platform for creating, distributing, and optimizing content.

I initially worked on the publisher facing product, and then focused on the freelancer UI.

  • Directly

    2012 -

Directly builds on demand customer support apps.

My role is to define and design an enterprise product that is being used by Airbnb, Pinterest, Lyft, and many others.
