Phase 1: We Define The Strategy
We are going to work together on creating the brief for the project.
We will have to find good answers to the following questions and to a few more:
- What are we building?
- Who is going to use it?
- Why would they use it?
- What are the users' needs?
- What are the site's objectives?
Phase 2: We Write Down The Specs
We are going to write down detailed specifications on how exactly will the site work.
We have to cover every possible feature and decide what stays and what goes.
I will try to convince you to get rid of every unnecessary feature.
Phase 3: Vlad Does His Magic
Please note that you will be asked to provide constant feedback.

- Visual Design
Phase 4: Testing. Testing. More Testing.
Everything needs to work as it should. Nothing will be overlooked.
We are going to test every possible user flow.
Every possible interaction.
We are going to ask a five-year-old to use it.
Every little bug will be fixed and then we will start testing again.
And then we're gonna launch it.
Phase 5: Listen. Analyze. Improve.
We will ask for feedback from the product's users.
We will analyze how they are using it.
We will perform live tests on the users.
Based on all that, we will find ways to improve the product.
